When planning your wedding, there are a few last minute considerations that you may want to go over just to make sure that your wedding goes smooth.

1. When to Introduce Parents – Suggestions are with the bridal party at the beginning of the event, before dinner at their respective seats, or with the bridal party during the bridal party dance.
2. Placement seating of guest near the dance floor or speakers.
3. The order of speakers during the toast or welcome.
4. The gap of time between the end of dinner and the “first dance” or special event.
5. Introduction of the bridal party during the bridal dance a second time or not.
6. What time the bar closes and what time the last song is to be played.
7. Will there be additional announcements, birthdays, anniversaries, surprises.
8. Guest requesting songs and perimeters to consider.
9. Time Photographers and Videographers will depart from event.
